Shopify Integration

Integrating Morphio with Shopify is a little different than our other integrations with other platforms. We’ve created a step by step guide in order to walk you through your Shopify integration but if you need more assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us directly for help at support@morphio.ai

Integration Steps:

Step 1:

To connect your Shopify shop to a Morphio account, log in to your Shopify shop’s admin page. Then, on the left menu, click on the “Apps”. On the bottom of this page click on “Manage private apps”.

Step 2

Click on the `Create new private app` button on the top right side of the page.

Step 3

Complete the following fields in the “App details” section:

Private app name: Morphio App
Emergency developer App: support@morphio.ai

Then, scroll down and give this App the following “Read access” permissions:

  • Products

  • Analytics

  • Orders

And finally, check the following checkbox at the bottom of the page and press the “Save” button.

A pop up will show up on your screen, press the “Create App” button.

Step 4

In your Morphio account, navigate to the integration settings page. Then, on the Shopify integration card, press the “Connect”.

In the Shopify integration form, add your Shopify shop name (e.g. if your Shopify shop URL is “https://my-shopify-shop.myshopify.com/”, then “my-shopify-shop” is your shop name.)

Copy/paste the API key and password of your new private App, from the “Admin API” section, and press “Save” at the end.

Step 5

Once your integration has been set-up, you will need to set your goals and KPI’s for your account.

  1. Navigate to Snapshot and click KPI Settings.
  2. Be sure to Select the Shopify KPI’s
  3. Set Account goals for each of the KPI’s
  4. Save
